Education Hub — Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to remember command syntax?
Answer: The Calendar Agent is designed to understand natural language, so you can simply describe what you want and let it handle the details. For example, telling it "add a math quiz next Friday at 10 AM" will produce the proper !add
command without you typing it explicitly. The system interprets dates, times, and common phrasing on its own. If you ever forget the exact keywords, just write what you mean in plain English. The agent will infer the correct action and confirm before saving.
Can I change or delete events later?
Answer: Absolutely. Events can be modified or removed whenever plans shift. The fastest approach is to tell the Calendar Agent what changed—try "move my history exam to next Monday at 2 PM" or "delete the meeting on July 8." The agent will translate your request into the correct !update
or !delete
command for you. If you prefer a visual method, open the upcoming events list in the sidebar. Each entry has an edit icon that launches a form where you can revise the date, time, or notes before saving, or remove the event entirely with a single click.
How do I see today's agenda?
Answer: The quickest approach is to type "What's on today?" in the chat. The Calendar Agent executes !today
on your behalf and returns every event scheduled for the current date, regardless of category. You can also click the Today button in the calendar view, which jumps you to the current month and highlights each item for the day. On mobile, expanding the agenda view lets you tap individual entries to adjust or delete them directly. Checking this list at the start of the day ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
What's the easiest way to add many events?
Answer: The !mass-add
command is built for this, and you don't need to know the syntax by heart. Simply describe the series in plain English—"plan a morning walk every weekday in July at 7 AM" is enough. The Calendar Agent converts that statement into the proper mass-add command and schedules each occurrence automatically. It's far faster than entering dates manually, and you can fine-tune or delete individual events afterward if plans shift. A quick review of the upcoming list lets you double-check that every entry was added correctly.
Calendar Commands
The Calendar Agent understands these commands, but you can usually just speak naturally and let it choose the right one automatically.
